This is an upgrade for the most common VNT15/GT1749v standard ALH turbochargers using 9 vanes VNT mechanism (usually the only ones found in US/Canada, also common on the european models)
This upgrade will turn the stock VNT15 turbo into a VNT15/17 hybrid since the core is fitted with larger VNT17 size performance billet compressor wheel, it should produce safely around 170bhp with .216 injectors and tune running 1.5bar of boost.
Comes with machined compressor housing as pictured to fit with the larger compressor wheel.
It is essential that you correctly adjust the stop screw and VNT rod length when installing the core!
